1. Shipping Timeframes
Our processing times vary depending on the product and the destination. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow us a few business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 5-10 business days depending on the shipping method and the delivery address. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the destination, the shipping service, and customs processing (if applicable).

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. International Shipping (If Applicable)
While we currently ship to Australia and New Zealand, we will soon offer international shipping to other countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location.

Customs and Duties: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery, which are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are levied by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to some remote areas. If your address is not eligible for shipping, we will notify you, and your order will be refunded.
6. Address Accuracy
It is important that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, occasionally issues may arise. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team at experience@burfri.com. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
