At BURFRI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we print each item on demand, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for items that are:

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong design, incorrect printing, or color issues)
If your order meets one of these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
How to Request a Return

Approval Process: Once we review your claim, we will inform you if your return is eligible.

Return Shipping: If your return is approved due to damage or error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Non-returnable Items
